REAL Heroic journey GROUP COACHING (full version) -> “From armor to authenticity”

4-month intensive with weekly 60-minute group coaching calls once/week via Zoom, with guidance and core tools through the four REAL Heroic Journey phases, with a focus of one phase/month.

• Structured curriculum of coaching exercises that build week by week for deeper self-discovery.

• Recorded call access for any sessions you cannot attend (instructional content only, no group sharing recorded to preserve confidentiality).

• Confidential, brave-space community where vulnerability, courage, and connection are cultivated among like-minded peers.

• Personalized reflection prompts and integration practices between sessions to bring insights into daily life.

• Opportunities for group witnessing and sharing, learning from others’ journeys as well as your own.

• Dedicated support through email check-ins and encouragement between sessions.

• Final integration + celebration session, marking your transformation and return to your “village” with renewed authenticity.
